摘? ?要：冀派內(nèi)畫是一項(xiàng)源自河北衡水的國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，其以皇煙壺為載體，將傳統(tǒng)工筆技法與創(chuàng)新工藝完美融合，展現(xiàn)了獨(dú)特的藝術(shù)魅力。然而，冀派內(nèi)畫的市場化產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展面臨著傳承體系結(jié)構(gòu)性缺陷、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)與品牌建設(shè)受阻、產(chǎn)業(yè)化與市場化亂象頻發(fā)、傳播效能低下、藝術(shù)化與實(shí)用化難以平衡的問題。因此，冀派內(nèi)畫的傳承與發(fā)展應(yīng)注重傳承與創(chuàng)新人才多元化培育、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)與品牌建設(shè)協(xié)同發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與營銷模式創(chuàng)新、市場秩序規(guī)范與市場環(huán)境優(yōu)化、地域文化與生態(tài)環(huán)境和諧共生以及拓展全球視野的戰(zhàn)略。冀派內(nèi)畫的市場化產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展有助于提升其在政治維度、經(jīng)濟(jì)層面、文化視域、社會及生態(tài)方面的影影鄉(xiāng)響。
Ji School inner painting is a national intangible cultural heritage originating from Hengshui, Hebei. lt utilizes snuff bottles as a medium, perfectly blending traditional fine brushwork techniques with innovative craftsmanship, showcasing a unique artistic charm. However, the market-oriented and industrial development of ji School inner painting faces challenges such as structural defects of inheritance system, obstacles in intellectual property and brand development, frequent chaos inindustrialization and marketization, low transmission efficiency, and a challenging balance between artistry and practicality. Therefore, the inheritance and development of Ji School inner paintingshould focus on the diversified cultivation of inheritance and innovation talents, the coordinateddevelopment of intellectual property and brand building, optimization of industrial structure andinnovation in marketing models, regulation of market order and optimization of the market environment, harmonious coexistence of regional culture and ecological environment, as well as expanding a global perspective. The marketoriented and industrial development of ji School inner painting will help enhance its profound impact in political dimensions, economic aspects, cultural perspectives, and social and ecological spheres.
